I love music because it makes my body and mind move. I’m falling in love with running for the very same reason. Reading books is one of my better habits, while basketball and Formula 1 are also big passions of mine. There’s no such thing as coincidence. Journey or destination? I’m a husband and a dad who embraces challenges and change. Evolution. Superheroes and, yes, bears are cool.
I have thoughts. Here’s where I put them.
Words Are Fun
While the pen might be mightier than the sword, actions still speak louder than words and they always will. Ironically, one essential lesson that keeps itself at the forefront of my mind is that words must have action to propel them into sentences and paragraphs and sections. A story. That lives and breathes. No matter if it’s blogging, fiction, lyric writing, or for business.
It’s a daily practice. String words together.

Music has been at my core since Van Halen released 1984. From the Second Row is a well-stocked YouTube channel of clips that focuses on jambands, metal, and the almost all-inclusive classic rock. With the simple aim of sharing memorable sections of songs that show why live music is cathartic and communal, From the Second Row is just one part of my musical adventure.
